Automated Laser Corporation, the Midwest's Leader in Laser Marking, Laser Welding, Laser Cutting and laser Drilling.

Standard Laser Automation Platforms

From a simple bench top unit to a high volume production workcell, Automated Laser provides standard base platforms able to accept a variety of laser process options. These options can include CO2, Fiber or Nd YAG lasers and features asLS10 Laser Marker System basic as part fixturing to automated part feeding, assembly, testing or vision inspection.

Automated Laser can provide many configurations of turnkey laser motion systems configured with the LC, RD and LT Series base platforms advantage.

LC, RD and LT Series

The LC Series Laser Marking System

The LC Series unit is a lower cost unit for lab testing, prototyping and lean production workcells. The LC Series is perfect where single part load and unload cycles are preferred, lower volume production is anticipated and change over flexibility is desired. The small footprint of the LC unit is perfect as a bench top unit or is available with a freestanding base with options for wheels or leveling feet.

The RD Series Laser Marking and Processing System

The RD Series is a high throughput unit designed for applications where rapid change over is desired due to a high mix of product types of high or low volume. The system is easily configured as a single function laser process system or is highly flexible, allowing for additional automation stations as needed. The systems are provided with our patent pending servo driven rotary platen transfer with quick change tooling for 8 or 12 part fixtures. The RD Series is ergonomically designed for manual loading or is easily upgraded with automated loading and unloading options.

The LT Series Laser Marking and Processing System

The LT Series platforms allows for complete multi-cavity trays of parts to be loaded and processed in a single load cycle. Operators can load a configured tray, initiate the cycle and return at completion to reload the system. This platform is highly utilized in manufacturing areas, running higher volumes where handling in part trays is desired rather than individual parts.
